Our rotary and linear machines can produce bottles from 1.7oz (50ml) to 2.5gal (10L) for most types of applications. Mono-layer to six layers Co-extrusion.

Extrusion Blow Molding:
Urola rotary systems are 30-40% more efficient than linear machines. Better control of the parison. Less use of space. Optional; view stripes, calibrated necks, mono-layer to 6-layers CoEx. HDPE bottles, ranging from 50ml to 10L.
Various types and sizes of machines are available depending on the container and the required output.
Our URGM series of fully electric, linear machines, are a perfect complement to our rotary styles. Increasing the container capabilities up to 5 gal (20L)

All electric, second stage, Urola PET blow molders are perfect for monolayer and multilayer water bottles, milk, household products, chemicals, etc.

Their preferential heating process allows manufacturing complex PET asymmetrical or oval shaped bottles and other flat containers.

Sunset Olive oil
Sunset Olive Oil: Sunset Olive oil, one of the main olive oil packaging enterprises in the USA has trusted Urola for 10 years.
Back in 2009, the enterprise bought a URBI 4 PET stretch blow molding machine from Urola and due to its great performance, has added other 2. They are now making faux-handle transparent and colored ½ gallon to 1 gallon bottles.

The Mexican, home care products enterprise, has trusted Urola’s wheel technology for more than 20 years.
The enterprise produces bottles of ½ gallon to 1 gallon in their 13 Urola machines.
Last year, they moved from monolayer to 3 layer coextrusion machines, and the results have been excellent.
